- 8 oz Creamette Rainbow Rotini;
- Uncooked
- 12 oz Imitation crabmeat; torn
- Into bite size pieces
- 8 Cherry tomatoes; halved
- 1 sm Onion; halved; sliced
- 1 c Cheddar cheese strips;
- -thinly sliced
- 1/2 c Celery; sliced
- 3/4 c Bottled Italian dressing
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
Directions
Prepare Creamette Rainbow Rotini according to package directions; drain.
Combine rotini and next five ingredients; blend together Italian dressing
and mayonnaise. Toss dressing with salad mixture. Serve immediately, or
cover and chill. Refrigerate leftovers. 4 to 6 servings. Source Abilene
