Chia Pudding

 Ingredients List

  • ”¢ 1 cup unsweetened coconut, almond or regular milk
  • ”¢ 2 tablespoons whole chia seeds
  • ”¢ 1 tablespoon maple syrup, or honey


1. Mix everything together. Let it rest for 2 minutes, and mix again to avoid lumps.

2. Let it sit for couple hours, or overnight.
