Ingredients List
- 1 Stick margarine
- 1 cn Cream of celery soup
- 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/4 c Raw rice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 Chicken breasts
Directions
Heat together slowly the margarine and soups. Mix 2/3 of this mixture
with the raw rice. Pour into a large greased casserole. Top with seasoned
chicken; pour remaining soup mixture over chicken. Bake one hour, covered,
at 275 degrees; then 1-1/2 more hours uncovered. Serves 6.
