- 1/2 lb Fresh pork shoulder; cut in

- 1/2 lb Fillets of any white fish
- 1 1/2 c Raw rice
- 2 1/2 c Water
- 1 c Cooked green peas
- 1 pt Clams; shucked and drained
- 1/2 lb Raw shrimp. shelled and
- -deveined
- 2 c Canned tomatoes; undrained
- 2 ts Salt
- 1 pn Powdered saffron
- 2 sl Pimientos
- Hot asparagus spears
