Chicken Curry

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Chickens
  • 1/2 pt Yogurt
  • 2 tb Coriander
  • 2 tb Turmeric
  • 2 ts Cumin
  • 8 Chiles
  • 1 ts Fenugreek seed
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 1 Onion; chopped
  • 1 Piece ginger; minced


Mix it all together and marinate overnight. Braise in liquid til tender. Or
drain and roast in oven.
