Chicken Glace

 Ingredients List

  • 2 pk Unflavored gelatin
  • 3 Chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 cn Chunk chicken
  • 1 c Green onion tops; chopped
  • 1/8 ts Tabasco® sauce
  • 1/4 c Fresh parsley or 1 tbsp.
  • -dried parsley; soaked in
  • -water and pressed dry
  • 1 1/2 c Boiling water
  • Hard boiled egg; chopped,
  • -optional
  • Pimentos; optional

 Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin and bouillon cubes in boiling water.

2. Chill until slightly thickened. Add remaining ingredients and chill
until set.

Notes: The chopped hard boiled eggs and pimentos add color, but you must
increase seasoning somewhat if they are added. This is a no fat version of
hogshead cheese and is excellent as either a salad or a canape.
