 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Oil
  • 2 1/2 -3 lb chicken, cut in
  • Serving sized pieces
  • 1 cn (14 1/2oz) tomatoes, drained
  • & chopped (reserving
  • Liquid)
  • 1 Env Lipton Onion soup
  • 1/3 c Water


In large skillet, heat oil & brown chicken; drain. Add tomatoes &
soup mix (blended with the water & reserved liquid). Simmer
uncovered, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until chicken is
