Chicken Liver Teriyaki
Ingredients List
- 1 lb Chicken livers
- 1/2 c Soy sauce
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1/2 c Water
- Soy sauce or mustard for

Directions
Marinate livers in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and water for at least 2
hours. Place livers on skewers. Cook on hibachi or grill until done. Serve
with soy sauce or mustard for dipping.
