Chicken Rosemary #3

 Ingredients List

  • 1 (3-4 pound) fryer
  • Rosemary to taste
  • 1/2 sm Onion; quartered
  • Celery leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


In a large pan, place washed chicken. Sprinkle cavity and outside
generously with dry rosemary, salt and pepper. Add onion and celery leaves
to cavity. Bake at 325ø to 350ø for 1-3/4 hours until done. Calories: 185
to 245 per serving. Yield: 8 servings.
