Chicken Salad
Ingredients List
- 3 c Chicken, cooked, cubed
- 1 lb Asparagus, steamed 1/2 Pineapple, cubed and
- Steamed (OR
- 1 cn (20 oz) pineapple chunks,
- Drained)
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Onion, dice
- 1 Green pepper, sliced
- 1 cn (7 oz) green olives,
- Sliced
- 1 tb Parsley, chopped
- 1 tb Basil
- 1 Head iceberg lettuce, torn
- Combine all ingredients. Toss with dressing of your choice.

3 c Chicken; dice & boil
3 tb Lemon Juice; fresh
1 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Salt
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Curry Powder
1 1/2 c Grapes; seedless
1 c Pineapple; tidbits drained
1/2 c Slivered Almonds; toasted
1/4 c Water Chestnuts; diced
Toss chicken with lemon juice in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Combine next 4 ingredients in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients to
chicken and toss lightly. Blend in mayonnaise mixture. This recipe comes
