Chicken Shawarma

 Ingredients List

  • 4 tablespoons clarified butter
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 4 tablespoons garam masala

 Directions

1. Heat clarified butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle one side of chicken pieces with garam masala and place seasoned side down in hot butter.

2. Sprinkle top of chicken pieces with more garam masala and saute for 4 minutes

3. Turn chicken pieces and saute for 5 to 10 minutes more.
