Chile Pasta Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 8 oz Pasta; cooked & cooled
  • 1 Head broccoli; bite-sized
  • 1/2 c Onion; chopped
  • 3 Plum tomatoes; seeded and
  • -diced
  • 1/3 c Toasted nuts; chopped
  • 4 oz Blue cheese; crumbled
  • 1/3 c Parmesan cheese; grated
  • 6 oz Ham or smoked turkey

 Directions

DRESSING
2 tb Hot chile oil
1/3 c Red wine vinegar
3 Cloves garlic
1 tb Fresh rosemary; chopped
Salt & pepper

Blend dressing ingredients in a blender. Pour over salad & allow flavors to
blend for at least an hour.
