Chili #2

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Ground chuck (or more)
  • 2 lg Onions; chopped
  • 1/2 c Oil
  • 1 ts Red pepper
  • 1/2 c Chili powder
  • 4 cn (16-oz) tomatoes; and juice
  • 2 cn (16-oz) kidney beans or
  • -chili hot beans
  • 1 pk (small) spaghetti

 Directions

Brown ground chuck in oil with onions. Drain excess fat. Mash or chop
tomatoes & add with rest of ingredients except spaghetti. Simmer at least 1
hour. Add spaghetti & simmer another hour. Stir occasionally. (May need to
add some water.)
