Ingredients List
- 24 lg Tomatoes; peeled and
- -chopped
- 3 lg Red peppers; seeded and
- -chopped
- 4 lg Green peppers; seeded
- -and chopped
- 2 Hot peppers; seeded and
- -chopped (~RE's Mod. add 6-8
- -Jalapeno's)
- 1 c Sugar
- 3 c Cider vinegar
- 2 tb Salt
- 4 lg Onions
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1 ts Ground cloves
- 2 ts Ginger
- 1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 ts Pepper
Directions
Combine all the ingredients except the spices in a large kettle and bring
to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add the spices and continue
cooking for 15 minutes. Check the seasoning and texture and cook longer if
it needs thickening. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
