Ingredients List
- 1 1/2 c Ground beef, extra lean --
- Cooked
- 1 c Bulgur
- 1 c Onion
- 1 qt Stewed tomatoes
- 8 oz Tomato sauce
- 1 c Salsa
- 1 cn Kidney beans -- with juice
- 1 cn Pinto beans -- with juice
- 1 cn Red beans -- with juice
- 1 cn Great northern beans -- with
- Juice
- 1 cn Garbanzo beans -- with
- Juice
- 1 cn Blackeyed peas -- with
- Juice
- 1 tb Chili powder -- or more
- 1/4 c Cornstarch -- optional
Directions
Combine all ingredients and freeze. When thawed, simmer over low heat for
35-40 minutes. Per 1/10 portion: (1 1/2 cups) 427 calories, 7 fat grams.
