 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 c Ground beef, extra lean --
  • Cooked
  • 1 c Bulgur
  • 1 c Onion
  • 1 qt Stewed tomatoes
  • 8 oz Tomato sauce
  • 1 c Salsa
  • 1 cn Kidney beans -- with juice
  • 1 cn Pinto beans -- with juice
  • 1 cn Red beans -- with juice
  • 1 cn Great northern beans -- with
  • Juice
  • 1 cn Garbanzo beans -- with
  • Juice
  • 1 cn Blackeyed peas -- with
  • Juice
  • 1 tb Chili powder -- or more
  • 1/4 c Cornstarch -- optional

 Directions

Combine all ingredients and freeze. When thawed, simmer over low heat for
35-40 minutes. Per 1/10 portion: (1 1/2 cups) 427 calories, 7 fat grams.
