Chipped Beef and Cream Cheese

 Ingredients List

  • 1 pk (6-oz) cream cheese
  • 1/2 md Onion; grated
  • 1 -(up to)
  • 2 Lemons; juice of
  • 1 ds Tabasco
  • 1 pk (2.5-oz) smoked dried beef

 Directions

Soften cream cheese; add onion, lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread dried beef
on waxed paper, overlapping edges. Spread cream cheese thinly over beef.
Roll tightly and refrigerate. Makes 2 rolls. Cut into thin slices when
serving.
