Chocaroons

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour bleached flour toughens baked goods
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips

 Directions

Cream together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla, salt and baking soda.
Add flour and stir well to combine.
Grease a 9x13" glass baking dish.
Press mixture into prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle coconut on top, then top with miniature chocolate chips.
Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes.
