Chocolate Brownies -II

Ingredients List
- 125 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 250 g unsalted butter, chopped
- 200 g sugar
- 175 g flour
- 100 g chopped nuts
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan.
Add the sugar. Mix together.
Add the eggs and flour. Mix well.
Add vanilla, nuts and cocoa. Mix again.
Pour the brownie mixture into a buttered oven dish.
Bake at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
Let the brownies cool. Cut them into pieces.
