Chocolate Chai Milkshake

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or other milk, sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 3 bananas, frozen
  • 1 1/2 tsp. unsweetened chocolate powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 4 dates, pitted


Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and puree until smooth, thick and frosty. For a thicker shake, add in a handful of ice cubes at the end.
