  • 1 c Light brown sugar

  • 1 lg Egg
  • 1 1/2 ts Vanilla**
  • 3/4 c Pecans; optional
  • 9 oz Milk chocolate or semi-sweet
  • -chocolate chips -or-
  • 9 oz Extra-bittersweet chocolate;
  • -cut coarsely into chunks
