Ingredients List
- 1 box Brownie mix and ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp milk
- 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup Reese”™s mini”™s chopped
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Make brownies as directed on the box, cool for at least 1 hour. I waited until the bottom of the brownies were cool to the touch
3. In your stand Mixer add together 1/3 cup butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk and beat until smooth
4. Spread this mixture over the top of your brownies ( I fully suggest licking the spatula when you are done it is that good)
5. In a microwave safe bowl combine chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons butter
6. microwave in 30 second intervals until the chocolate chips and butter are smooth, it took about 1.5 minutes for me
7. cool the chocolate chip mixture for 10 minutes
8. spread mixture over the peanut butter topping
9. sprinkle the top with peanut butter chips and Reese”™s chunks, press lightly to set
10. (I combined the peanut butter chips and Reese”™s chunks in a bowl and mixed them before putting them on the brownie so they would spread out evenly)
11. Refrigerate for as long as you can wait until the mixture is set.
Enjoy!
