Chocolate French Toast with Peanut Butter

Ingredients List
- 4 slices white bread, no crusts
- 2 eggs (1 egg for each sandwich)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- chocolate spread
- smooth peanut butter
- butter, to fry
- Topping
- melted chocolate, in a piping bag for easy drizzle
- confectioner´s sugar, or dusting over
- chopped peanuts/Reese´s pieces/Reese´s miniatures (optional)
Directions
Whisk the eggs, salt, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a bowl.
Heat butter in a skillet on the stove top.
Spread one slice of bread with peanut butter and the other with the chocolate spread.
Join the two slices together to make a sandwich.
Dip the chocolate and peanut butter sandwich in the chocolate egg mix.
Fry on medium high heat until cooked on both sides.
Dust with confectioner´s sugar.
Drizzel with melted chocolate and chopped peanuts/Reese´s pieces/Reese´s miniatures (optional).
