Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake-ii

Ingredients List
- For Chocolate Cake
- 1 Box Chocolate Cake Package (we used Pilsbury)
- 1 3.5oz package Chocolate Instant Pudding Powder
- 1 8oz package of Sour Cream
- 2 Hersey's Candy Bar

- For Peanut Butter Filling
- 1 cup of Peanut Butter
- 1 stick of Butter, softened
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar (or until desired consistency)
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- __________________________________________________________________
- For Milk Chocolate Buttercream
- 2 sticks of Butter, softened
- 4 cups of Powdered Sugar (or until desired consistency)
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
2. In a bowl, add ingredients of box chocolate cake (eggs, oil, water, etc) and include the sour cream and instant pudding powder.
3. Mix, and pour into a 13" x 9" pan and cook the Chocolate cake according to box directions, then let it cool completely.
4. Using a string (or carefully using a knife) cut the cake in half length-wise to create two equal pieces.
5. Mix the peanut butter filling and then spread it over one layer of cake and then carefully place the other cake on top.
6. Mix the milk chocolate buttercream and then spread it over the two layers of chocolate cake, covering the entire cake completely.
7. Using a clean potato peeler, shred 1 Hershey's candy bar all over the cake, and then break the other candy bar into pieces and use for garnish.
8. Enjoy!
