Chocolate Red Wine Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients List
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1¼ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking power
- 2 tablespoons dutch process cocoa
- ½ cup Real California whole milk
- ¼ cup reduced wine *how to in notes*
- ½ cup unsalted Real California Butter (melted and cooled)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1. In mixer bowl beat sugar and eggs, until smooth and creamy
2. Add in flour, baking powder and cocoa
3. Pour in milk, wine, butter and oil.
4. Beat for one minute until smooth
5. Mix in vanilla on low speed
6. Fill lined cupcake pans with 3 tablespoons batter
7. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
