Chocolate Sauce #1

 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Cocoa
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 2 tb White corn syrup
  • 3 tb Butter
  • 1/2 c Cream or evaporated milk
  • 1/2 ts Vanilla

 Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for about 5-8
minutes. Remove from heat & add vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream. (Keeps
well in refrigerator.)
