Chocolate Toffee Crunch Cookies Recipe

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1½ cups brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2½ cups flour
  • ½ cup dark cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup toffee bits

 Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Cream butter then add sugars and mix until light and fluffy.

2. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until well-combined. Add flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda to butter mixture.

3. Mix well and then stir in toffee bits.

4. Scoop cookie dough onto a cookie sheet spacing well apart to allow room for the cookie to spread lightly.

5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
