Chocolate Torte
Ingredients List
- 8 Egg whites
- 300 Gr caster sugar
- 300 Gr ground almonds or walnuts
Directions
FILLING
8 Egg yolks
8 tb Spoons sugar
3 tb Flour
100 Mls milk
100 Gr cocoa
200 Gr butter
Beat egg whites, add sugar slowly until hard and add almonds or walnuts.
Bake in moderate oven in lamington (long and thin) tin for 25-30 mins.
Filling: Cook all ingredients except the butter in double saucepan until
thick. When cool, mix in creamed butter. Nick Guoth Chocolate Torte.
