Christmas Fudge

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 c Chopped Brazil nuts
  • 1 1/2 c Chopped walnuts
  • 2 -(up to)
  • 3 c Whole pecan halves
  • 1 c Candied cherries
  • 1 c Candied pineapple
  • 3 c Sugar
  • 1 c White corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 c Heavy cream or evaporated
  • -milk
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Vanilla

 Directions

Place brazil nuts, walnuts, pecans, pineapples & cherries in a large bowl.
Mix sugar, corn syrup, cream & salt in pan. Bring to a boil & cook to soft
ball stage. Remove from heat & add vanilla. Beat & pour over fruit & nut
mixture. Press into a long pan. Cut into squares when set.
