Christmas Fudge
Ingredients List
- 1 1/2 c Chopped Brazil nuts
- 1 1/2 c Chopped walnuts
- 2 -(up to)
- 3 c Whole pecan halves
- 1 c Candied cherries
- 1 c Candied pineapple
- 3 c Sugar
- 1 c White corn syrup
- 1 1/2 c Heavy cream or evaporated
- -milk
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Vanilla
Directions
Place brazil nuts, walnuts, pecans, pineapples & cherries in a large bowl.
Mix sugar, corn syrup, cream & salt in pan. Bring to a boil & cook to soft
ball stage. Remove from heat & add vanilla. Beat & pour over fruit & nut
mixture. Press into a long pan. Cut into squares when set.
