Ingredients List
- 6 Pork chops
- Salt and pepper
- To taste
- Red chile sauce
- 1 ts Onion salt
- 1 ts Cumin
- 1 ts Oregano
- 2 cl Garlic, sliced
Directions
Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops in small amount of fat. Add
seasoning to red chile sauce. Simmer meat in sauce for 1 - 2 hours or
until very tender. Serve with rice. Makes 6 servings.
