Chunky Greek Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 2 cups cucumber (large diced)
  • 2 cups tomatoes (cut into chunks)
  • 1/4 cup purple onion (chopped)
  • 6 ozs feta cheese crumbles
  • pitted black olives (about 10)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsps dried oregano

 Directions


1 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2 Toss until well blended.
3 Chill several hours to blend flavors.
