Chutney Cracker Spread

Ingredients List
- 8 oz Fat-free cream cheese;
- -softened
- 2 tb Nonfat sour cream
- 1 ts Curry powder
- 1/2 c Green onions; sliced
- 1/2 c Unsalted peanuts;
- -dry-roasted, chopped
- 9 oz Chutney
- Assorted reduced-fat
- -crackers
Directions
Seeing I haven't posted in quite a while, I thought that I would post
lowfat from the Taste of Home Lowfat Country Cooking. Out of 455 recipes I
only have 44 formatted. Plan on formatting the rest this week. Hope you all
enjoy these.
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and curry powder
until smooth. Fold in the onions and peanuts. Spread about 1/2 inch thick
on a serving plate. Chill. Just before serving, pour chutney over all.
Serve with crackers.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons
