Cilantro Salsa

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Tomatoes; diced
  • 1 sm Cucumber; peeled and chopped
  • 1 sm Red onion; diced
  • 1/2 c Chopped fresh cilantro
  • -leaves
  • 1 ts Grated lime peel
  • 1 sm Green pepper; diced
  • 1 ds Hot sauce; up to 2
  • Salt and pepper; to taste

 Directions

Blend all ingredients to desired chunkiness and chill overnight.
