Ingredients List
- 2 Tomatoes; diced
- 1 sm Cucumber; peeled and chopped
- 1 sm Red onion; diced
- 1/2 c Chopped fresh cilantro
- -leaves
- 1 ts Grated lime peel
- 1 sm Green pepper; diced
- 1 ds Hot sauce; up to 2
- Salt and pepper; to taste
Directions
Blend all ingredients to desired chunkiness and chill overnight.
