 Ingredients List

  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 3/4 inch slice tofu (1/4 block)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk (**or milk alternative)
  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon


1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
