Cinnamon Butter Cookies

Ingredients List
- 1 C butter, softened
- 1/3 C powdered sugar
- 1/3 C cornstarch
- 1 1/4 C flour
- FROSTING
- 1/3 C butter
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 3 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
COOKIES
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix together.
2. Place dough on parchment paper. Cover with another piece of parchment paper and roll dough out to 1/4 inch thick.
3. Cut with a cookie cutter.
4. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until edges are slightly golden brown.
5. Transfer cookies to cooling rack and frost while slightly warm
FROSTING
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
2. Icing should be soft and slightly runny but not too runny!
3. Makes approx. 2 1/2 dozen (depending on size of cookie cutter)
