Cinnamon Glazed Pecans.

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

 Directions

1. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and set aside.

2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, water and cinnamon.

3. Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Once boiling, continue to boil for 3 minutes.

4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and pecans, making sure to coat the pecans well. Spread candied pecans out on prepared baking sheet.

5. Using 2 forks, separate pecans and let cool.

6. Store in an airtight container.
