Cinnamon Maple Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients List
- c of roasted, unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 pinch of allspice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a baking pan with foil. Spray the foil with non-stick spray.
2. In a bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, salt and maple syrup and toss to coat. Spread the nuts onto the baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Let the seeds cool before removing from pan and store in an air-tight container.
