Cinnamon-Raisin Muffins

Ingredients List
- 1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c Regular, Quick or Instant
- -CREAM OF WHEAT Cereal
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 tb Baking powder
- 2 ts Ground cinnamon
- 1 c Milk
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tb FLEISCHMANN'S Margarine,
- -melted
- 11 ts Vanilla extract
- 1 c California Raisins
- 2 tb Fruit juice, any flavor
Directions
In medium bowl, combine flour, cereal, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder
and cinnamon; set aside.
In small bowl, combine milk, egg, margarine and vanilla; stir into dry
ingredients just until moistened. Stir in raisins. Spoon mixture
evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2" muffin-pan cups. Bake at 400'F. 18-20
minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove
from pan; brush tops of muffins with fruit juice and roll in
remaining sugar. Serve warm.
