Coconut Chocolate Mousse (Paleo, Primal).

Ingredients List
- 1 can (14 oz) Coconut Milk
- 1/4 c Maple Syrup
- 1 1/2 tbsp Gelatin (I use this one)
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- pinch of sea salt
Directions
1. In a sauce pan, warm coconut milk through.
2. Add coconut milk to blender and add remaining ingredients.
3. Twirl around for a few seconds then pour into serving cups.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Garnish with coconut flakes and serve.
