Coffee Banana Protein Smoothie

 Ingredients List

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1½ cups of crushed ice
  • 1 scoop (1/2 cup) 100% Vanilla-flavored Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • ½ teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 1 pack of Stevia (optional)
  • Mint for garnish (optional)


Brew a cup of coffee and allow it to cool.
Peel frozen banana and cut into chunks.
Add crushed ice to a blender.
Add cooled coffee, frozen banana, whey protein powder, ground flax seed and Chia seeds.
Add Stevie, if desired.
Blend on high until well-blended.
