Ingredients List
- 1 1" pc Ginger Root; grate
- 2 cl Garlic; crush
- 4 Scallions; chop
- 6 ts Brown sugar
- 8 oz Soy sauce
- 4 oz Sake or dry sherry
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Black pepper
Directions
Marinade steak for 2 hours; marinade fish 1 hour. Barbeque or broil. Great
for whole meats or fish, or for shish-ke-bobs, especially with shark or
