Cooler-Than-Cool Yogurt Drink

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 sm Ripe avocado; diced
  • 2/3 c Cubes seeded pared cucumber
  • 5 Fresh mint leaves; up to 6
  • -leaves, OR 1/2 teas. dried
  • -mint leaves
  • 1/2 ts Celery salt
  • 1/4 ts TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
  • 1 c Cracked ice
  • Additional mint leaves for
  • -garnish; (optional)


In blender, combine all ingredients except garnish. Cover. Process until
smooth. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
