  • 15 sm White onions
  • 10 Mushrooms; halved
  • 1/2 c Dry white wine
  • 1/2 c Chicken broth
  • 1 Plum tomato; peeled and
  • -chopped
  • 2 tb Cornstarch
  • 2 tb Cold water
