Corn Bread Rolls

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Egg; well beaten
  • 1 c Milk; sweet
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Butter
  • 1 c Flour
  • 1 c Corn meal
  • 4 ts Baking powder


Bake in hot, well greased rolls pans. This will make 12 rolls. Bake in
oven until light brown.

Note: No temperature given. Assume a moderate oven, 350 - 400 F.
