 Ingredients List

  • 4 c Corn meal
  • 2 ts Salt
  • 8 c Water
  • 2 Eggs, well beaten
  • 4 tb Butter


Add corn meal and salt to water in pot. Bring to boil and cook over
medium heat until thick, 5-10 minutes. Add eggs and butter. Stir well.
