Corn Pudding

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cn (large) cream corn
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • Several slices butter
  • 3 tb Flour; (heaping)
  • 1/3 c Milk
  • 1 pn Salt

 Directions

Mix eggs with can of corn. Mix sugar and flour together add a little at a
time to corn and egg mixture, stirring well. Then add milk and salt. Top
with butter and put in oven. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 ° or until
thick and brown. After pudding has been in oven about 10 minutes, stir
lightly in order that corn does not separate from other mixture.
