Corn Salsa
Ingredients List
- 1 cn (15 1/4 oz.) whole kernel
- -corn; rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cn (4.5 oz.) chopped green
- -chilies; drained
- 1/2 cn (2.25 oz.) sliced ripe
- -olives; drained
- 1 sm Tomato; chopped
- 2 Jalapeno peppers seeded;
- -finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tb White vinegar
- 2 1/2 tb Oliveor vegetable oil
- 1/4 ts Salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a nonaluminum bowl. Cover and refrigerate,
stirring often, at least 2 hours. Serve over fish or with tortilla chips.
