Cornbread 3

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c Enriched, all-purpose flour
  • 3 tb Sugar
  • 1 tb Baking powder
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/4 c Oil
  • 1 c Skim milk
  • Egg substitute equivalent
  • -to 2 eggs


1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. 3. Stir in
oil, milk, and egg substitute only until flour is moistened. Do not
overmix. 4. Pour into an oiled 8 x 8-inich pan. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
