Cottage Cheese Loaf

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lg Onion
  • 1/4 lb Margarine/butter melted or
  • -use Butter Buds equivalent
  • 2 lb Cottage cheese, fatfree
  • 5 c Corn Flakes cereal
  • 1/2 c Chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tb Chicken style seasoning
  • -or more to taste
  • 6 Eggs, or Egg Beaters equiv.


Mix all ingredients well. Put in greased 13" x 9" baking dish and
bake at 375F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set and browned. When
you put a spoon in it should feel solid and not real soft.

This is also good cold on sandwiches.
