Ingredients List
- 1 lg Onion
- 1/4 lb Margarine/butter melted or
- -use Butter Buds equivalent
- 2 lb Cottage cheese, fatfree
- 5 c Corn Flakes cereal
- 1/2 c Chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tb Chicken style seasoning
- -or more to taste
- 6 Eggs, or Egg Beaters equiv.
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Put in greased 13" x 9" baking dish and
bake at 375F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set and browned. When
you put a spoon in it should feel solid and not real soft.
This is also good cold on sandwiches.
