 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 lb Lean trimmed pork
  • 10 oz Pork fat
  • 1 ts Black pepper
  • Handful snipped chives
  • pn Cayenne
  • 1 tb Parsley, minced
  • 1/2 ts Marjoram, crushed
  • 1/4 ts Coriander, ground
  • 1/2 ts Summer savory, crushed
  • 1/4 ts Nutmeg

 Directions

Grind meat and fat together finely. Mix all ingredients, along with a few
drops of warm water. Form patties and wrap, then freeze.
