Crab Filling for Mini Cream Puffs

 Ingredients List

  • 3 oz Cream cheese; softened
  • 1/4 c Maui onion; finely minced
  • 2 tb Fresh chives; chopped
  • 1/4 c Carrot; finely shredded
  • 2 tb Roasted peppers; finely
  • -chopped
  • 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ds Tabasco sauce
  • 1 pk (6 oz) frozen crab meat;
  • -cooked, drained

 Directions

Can substitute any sweet onion for the Maui onion.

Beat the cream cheese. Add remianing ingredients except crab and mix well.
Fold in flaked crab. Fills about 2 doz mini cream puffs.
